Pricing & Charges
- Air freight packages are charged based on weight View rates
- Once the declared value of a package exceeds USD $100, Jamaica Customs clearance fees will apply

Required Shipment Code: ACJ (must be used for all air freight shipments)
Air Shipment Schedules
Air Shipment 1
- Packages delivered after Wednesday midday to Friday
- Available for pickup next week Tuesday
Air Shipment 2
- Packages delivered by midday on Monday
- Available for pickup the same week Wednesday
Air Shipment 3
- Packages delivered Tuesday to Wednesday midday
- Available for pickup the same week Friday
Customs & Documentation Requirements
To clear packages through Jamaica Customs, the following is mandatory:
- A valid invoice must be submitted for all shipments
Please Note:
- Non-submission of invoices or inadequate supporting documents may result in:
- Your package being valued by Customs
- Clearance delays
We strongly encourage customers to submit accurate and complete documentation to avoid unnecessary delays.

Our Ocean Freight Shipping service is ideal for larger, heavier, or bulk shipments. This option offers flexibility and cost efficiency for customers shipping personal or commercial goods.
Shipment Code
Required Shipment Code: OCJ (must be used for all ocean freight shipments)
Delivery & Availability Timeline
- Packages must be delivered by Wednesday each week
- Packages will be available the following week Thursday or Friday
- Deliveries made after Wednesday will be scheduled for the next Wednesday shipment
Pricing Structure
- Packages are charged by weight or dimensions View rates
- The pricing method used will be whichever is more cost-effective for the customer
Ocean Freight Services
Barrels & Container Boxes (Personal Use)
We ship barrels and container boxes at flat-rate charges, provided that contents are limited to:
- Food
- Clothing
- Household items
Important: Items must be for personal use only and not for resale.
